What is ComputerHABIT?
ComputerHABIT is a private effort to provide resources and information to students and teachers everywhere.
This site contains tutorials, projects and ideas which will enhance the use and understanding of various computer applications. These were created, contributed, and cataloged so others can download and benefit.
The software section also contains links to resources for learning the various programs. The presence of any particular link does not constitute an endorsement; rather it provides an opportunity for you to see how or what someone suggests you learn about the software. New Links will be added as they become available. Priority will be given to sites that provide clear step-by-step tutorials on how to accomplish common tasks. Links will not be made to sites that require payment for their information. If you wish to have a link added or removed please email ComputerHABIT.
The hardware section provides information designed to assist in maintenance and upgrade of computer systems. Quick how-to task descriptions and walk-throughs are included in non-technical language so novice and avid user alike can take advantage.
Hardware may be evaluated, tested, explained so others may take advantage of lessons-learned
from our investigations.
Opinions expressed in any review of software or equipment are those of the author. Please feel free to disagree. Mistakes of a factual nature can and will occur from time to time. If any error is noted, please contact ComputerHABIT so they may be corrected.
